1. Cancellations
- Strict No-Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We begin processing and preparing your fresh items immediately upon receiving the order.
2. Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any food items once they have been delivered or picked up.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will only be considered in the following specific cases:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item delivered was physically damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.
- In such cases, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with a photograph of the issue and your order receipt.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For deliveries through Zomato, Swiggy or Third Party Food Agreegators, their policies will prevail.
