At Madhur Vatika, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our sweets and snacks. Because our products are perishable food items and prepared fresh for every order, we have established the following policy:

1. Cancellations

• Strict No-Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We begin processing and preparing your fresh items immediately upon receiving the order.

2. Return Policy:

Since we deal in freshly prepared, perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up, except in rare cases of wrong item delivered or clear product damage at the time of delivery. Customers must report such issues within 2 hours of delivery with photo/video proof and the order ID for us to review and resolve appropriately. 

3. Refunds

• Refunds will only be considered in the following specific cases:
  
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item delivered was physically damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.
• In such cases, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with a photograph of the issue and your order receipt.
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refund amount will be processed after deduction shipping, taxes or other incidental expenses on actual cost of products sold to the customer.
• For deliveries through Zomato, Swiggy or Third Party Food Agreegators, their policies will prevail.
